The item was 'shipped' with something called "Promotional Shipping" but never arrived. I asked for a tracking number twice, and then had to open a missing item case. They stated that there was an error with it shipping and that they would need to send it again, then cancelled my order and refunded me. I was told to purchase it again but they're out of stock and I have missed out on an item that has now tripled in price. The wait for everything was almost a month. Do not purchase from them.
