These sockets are high quality. I replaced the original sockets for the 3-500Z tubes in my SB-220 amplifier and these new ones eliminated the overheating issue with the tube filament pins I was having with the original 50 year old sockets. Highly recommend these if you suspect you have contact IR drop and/or weak spring clip pressure. Either of these detriments can overheat the filament socket connection point due to the 14+ amps of filament current in each 3-500Z. AAA+++ seller! Thank you!
