Ordered 18 cases and only received 5 of them. After the shipment was late, was told that there was a damaged label which caused the delay. That's possible. When the shipment arrived, there was only 5 cases. I was told that they shipped them together, but they didn't arrive together. No help on resolving the issue.

This is retaliation for not responding to your threats. eBay case was closed in my favor, credit card dispute you then opened also sided with us and this your last resort.
