Bought some vinyl to stick on a glass for my mum .
Instructions said that the (vinyl print) will be left sticking to the masking tape layer after peeling the backing off. However mine was well and truly stuck to the backing paper. I contacted seller to tell them this, and that I couldn’t use it and asked for a refund. They proceeded to tell me to read instructions. I explained to use it I would have to individually peel off every letter and manually stick it on. I haven’t had a response since.

This is not what I explained to the customer. I provide full application instructions to everycustomer, and also sent a link to a very useful You Tube video which shows the application process in full. If the sticker had been defective I would have happily sent a replacement.
