Mi hanno mandato due ammortizzatori di cui uno scoppiato, con perdita d'olio, e l'altro con le ghiere danneggiate; cioè NON quelli in foto; oppure foto farlocca. Hanno insistito per farmi chiudere la controversia perchè dicevano che altrimenti non avrebbero potuto fare la sostituzione. Secondo me volevano solo evitare che rimanesse traccia di una controversia che si è comunque chiusa a loro sfavore, con rimborso totale. Ho acquistato una seconda volta e questa volta ne sono arrivati 2 buoni.

Hanno insistito per farmi chiudere la controversia perchè dicevano che altrimenti non avrebbero potuto fare la sostituzione. Secondo me volevano solo evitare che rimanesse traccia di una controversia che si è comunque chiusa a loro sfavore, con rimborso totale. Ho acquistato una seconda valvola e questa volta mi è arrivata quella buona.

In prima battuta mi hanno mandato una valvola con un tubo tagliato; cioè non quella in foto. L'ho rimandata indietro e finalmente me ne hanno mandato una sana. Prima però hanno tentato di convincermi a chiudere bonariamente la controversia, altrimenti dicevano non avrebbero potuto fare la sostituzione: secondo me volevano solo evitare che rimanesse traccia di una controversia che di fatto si è chiusa a loro sfavore.
