The product was advertised as new but is used. Arrived without a box, with the brush tinted and wet with material instead of dry and white as normally with this product when new.

You inform me after 3.5 weeks that item is used to which I replied that I worked very hard to maintain 100% positive feedback and would not send an item as it should be, however willing to work an amicable solution between both parties. You send message next day blaming me for pricing + the item arrived with no box, which shows images of no box + my description advises what the buyer will receive. You leave instant negative false feedback & not allow me time to resolve the matter?
