Item arrived in good time, sufficiently packaged, but incomplete. The two countersunk screws required to join the two parts together were missing. I messaged supplier, a chat bot replied. I won’t elaborate on the complete waste of time that was, but suffice to say I ended up simply viewing it as a stalling delay tactic It was useless otherwise. Eventually a person came and made me a compensation offer, but not the screws. No thanks. A second compensation offer… errr no. Had enough, CREDIT please
