Normally I avoid making negative feedback, but seeing others have had the same experience, I figure I better warn people away from this seller. Umbrella was non functional/broken, sold as new. I contacted them about exchange as 15 more were listed for sale. Seller told me to just return it "it was the only one". I tried a return, but something went wrong with the return mid attempt. Tried to contact for help- nothing. Tried to query why they couldn't exchange- nothing. Avoid this seller.
