I believe that the seller is prolonging the refund due to his disdain for my questions. I am sure that it may be a clerical error but when I have returned items in the past I usually see it in my account when the item is scanned by FedEx or UPS. The return process started the day I received the item, never opened the item, and returned it in the same exact packaging that I received it in.
