My father was an Army forward observer in the Korean War. Our home burned down and there was nothing left from his war days. I have been collecting Korean War memorabilia because of the profound effect his deployment to Korea in 1951-1952 had on him. He did not get to see me until I was 9 mos. old. He quietly carried his war days with him for the rest of his life. Speaking out only in the final days of his life. I want tangible items for family who have an interest in his war days.
