    The product is crap do not buy it!!! They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT TAKING INFERIOR PRODUCT BACK. EBAY IF OF NOT HELP ANY MORE EITHER TO HELO BUYERS. I WILL STOP BUYING ON EBAY IF THIS CONTINUES.

    Unfortunately you can't ask for a full refund on a Coffee that you opened and used. That is clearly stated in the return policy. If you don't like Lavazza Coffee you should try some other brand. Ebay is on the same page as us on this, we don't like people trying to exploit return policies in order to have free products and we will do everything we can to defend ourselves even if this means receiving our first negative feedback since we're doing business on this marketplace.
