I purchased this book using the eBay app on my phone, and after work, while reviewing on my PC, I noticed the damage on the left upper corner of the front cover. Seller description read "Fine condition" without any mention of front cover damage. I messaged the seller requesting cancellation on the same day and within 3 hours of purchase, explaining that at best, condition is very good. Seller didn't respond and the book was shipped the following morning. I returned the book unopened.

As the seller, I followed eBay procedure. Packed and posted item, it was picked up next morning. There was no damage to the book. Buyer never opened the package, it was returned unopened. Never the less a refund was promptly given. I feel negative feedback very unfair from this buyer copperstate1912
