The optics are better, No haze or fungus, scratch in front center lens is 2mm and another 1mm and a couple of tiny dots all in the coating. rear element has dust on the edges from cleaning. Iris is 9 blades and works well. IF focus is very smooth. Nikon built in sliding forward shade. Tamron back cap for nikon included. A great user lens on Nikon mirrorless or other digitals..”
