Most sorry sir. You claimed the sheet is unusable which is not accurate. You are international which is why I cannot provide prepaid return shipping up front. It would cost around 2x your order cost. We ship in flat letters for $3-5. We cannot provide product/shipping refund until it is received back. We do not force our international customers to pay their high shipping cost, but it is optional, and we do not require them to pay much more than our US customers for our products.
