The problem comes that the part is not correct for the application. It can be made to work if you have a complete machine shop and can treat the liner as raw stock. It is both too large in O/D and too long to fit a 1990's D950. liner reduced by aprox .019" to get the required .002+press fit. trimmed to length I am not the only one who has had a problem with D950
