Only found out after paying that it was a returned item. I tired convincing them that I didn’t pay for a second hand item, and was responded with them trying to convince me that it’s in a perfect condition, On top of that, it was missing a crucial part (flange) so I couldn’t even install it. Terrible experience overall, felt misled and scammed. Your order was placed on April 16 and delivered to your freight forwarder on June 2, 46 days, as previously informed to you.
