    3 days after purchase, it hadn't shipped, I sent a message asking why, they said they would ship that day. The next day I received a tracking number, but after 3 more days, the USPS showed the package had still had not been received. I sent another message asking why they hadn't given it to the post office yet, several hours later, they cancelled the purchase and refunded with no reply or explanation.
