Pants arrived without bottom hems, and the side seams were inside out. I've never seen this odd finishing on Chico slacks before. The pants length was 28 1/2 inches, and were pre-owned. I can't understand why un-hemmed and inside out pants were offered for sale without any mention of this in the description. I sewed the bottom hems after turning the pants inside out, so I could wear them. The seller doesn't accept returns. No wonder, especially with a sale like this!

You are exactly right, I had taken a bunch of pictures of how these pants were made, (Chico's sold them that way). I honestly thought that I had put the full description in the auction, why I didn't will remain a mystery. Of course you can send them back, all you have to do is contact me, this was a mistake on my part for not describing them properly, my sincere apologies.
