Poor experience from highly rated Seller -sent wrong item first up then no apology I was requested to provide evidence of their error. Communication incredibly disappointing with me having to push them all the way -after checking they admitted an error in dispatch of item had occurred & a reluctant (all too slow) apology was given. I took every care in returning incorrect item in protective package -the seller finally sent out what I ordered in a plastic bag zero protective packaging!!!
