      Die Käuferin hat bei 2 Paar Strümpfen (mit denen es sonst keine Probleme gibt) die kompletten Spitzenborten abgerissen. Den der Lieferung beiliegenden Hinweis, dass man Strumpfwaren vorsichtig prüfen, ggf. anprobieren und davon aber absehen soll, wenn man merkt, dass diese nicht passen werden, hat sie offenbar ignoriert. Die Androhung einer negativen Bewertung ist zudem kein faires Handeln. Wir sind sehr kulant, aber das geht zu weit. Verkäufer und Ware sind nicht immer und an allem schuld.
