Not much of it came off. Was offered some of the price returned. According to her there was a small amount of dirt on the item. We communicated with her few times and we offered 50% refund which buyer accepted and we paid. There was no more communication needed after that. Unreasonable complain, reasonable solution and unhappy buyer. Will not deal with her again.
