we were just trying to put this on one of our kids' bikes as a Christmas present and found that the seat is completely broken. it is missing the back anchors to keep the seat on the frame. since this is the first time we had it out of the packaging, and the broken pieces were not in the packaging, it was clear that it was sent this way.
