Fantastic service. Ordered wrong size. Other suppliers of U-boat coats recommend going a size up on the basis of snug fit. Not so here. From this supplier order exactly the size you need. It's a problem when you can't try garments on but these guys are great to deal with and there was no problem returning the coat for the next size down. I paid the return cost but they paid to send the replacement free of charge. I thoroughly recommend these guys. Nice and polite. Nothing too much trouble. *****
