The board and colour chosen was best; simple, plain and effective. Draft upon request was sent which made it easier to proof before printing. The boards arrived within a decent time frame. The boards were packaged well in bubble wrap and paper; however despite this, in transit the board arrived with a dent in it and torn wrapping. I would politely request for future packaging to mark the package 'fragile' so it can be taken care of better during transit by the handling couriers.
