I have tried numerous times just to find out if my item has shpped cause status has not changed from Paid in over a week now. Refuses to answer any of my messages as to status of shipment and I am NOT the only one who has this complaint with merchant. If you are not going to obligate your duties as a seller on this platform then you don't deserve to be a seller at all and should be removed from Ebay so people's time is not wasted like this!!! May just end up reporting them to Ebay C/S.
