    This simply isn't a true statement. Sorry that you need to resort to feedback to get a resolution to whatever your issue is. I tried calling and emailing and no luck so I have no idea how to get you what you need. Smart shoppers know we have the best customer service in the industry. You should try it. We answer emails and phone calls 7 days a week here. We back our products and kits 110%. I'm Ken the founder and I've made this my lifes work since 1999. Nothing cheap or low grade from us.
