When I expressed displeasure to the vendor wad no apology from that individual but it was pointed out that I at least received a refund. I then rather bluntly promised that the vendor would never get another opportunity to again waste my effort and time. Also rhetorically suggested de-listing from Ebay. Most of the associated ratings are not applicable.
