Not a single reply to my 3 messages. I requested a £100 refund to buy the original charger and pen. Seller refunded £1! — which I see not just as disrespectful, but as a truly rude gesture! This experience was negative. I don’t recommend this seller. He chose to ignore me & not choose any option. When he first bought the laptop he was begging me to sell it to him for a much cheaper price. Disingenuous
