Notes
Pianist and composer Joe Gilman follows his critically acclaimed release Americanvas, where all compositions were interpretations of painting by 20th Century American artists, with a tribute to the works of M.C. Escher titled Relativity. All the original compositions were conceptualized and titled from Escher's imaginative creations. Relativity's cover is graced with the Escher artwork for which this release is titled. He once again utilizes the talents of students at the Brubeck Institute where he is a professor including Nick Frenzy, Chad Lefkowitz-Brown, Zach Brown and Corey Fonville.
