Most of it came out but not all. Extremely deceptive seller. Don't care if they 'didn't bother' to inspect them before hand. Pissed to say the least. I've bought used Uggs on ebay in much better condition than this. Have to keep due to foot surgery needs. DO NOT BUY HERE EVER
