You can clearly see all the bent parts - which are not mentioned or were not shown in the auction description or photos. Considering I paid 85€ for shipping a small box and the seller sells art and statues they could have done better to protect the piece. Very poor communication as well, slow shipping, had to ask for tracking. Careless approach to handling beautiful pieces of art. Shame.
