    The item is a genuine NOS UK made item. We have tried to resolve this with you but you have not wanted resolution. The item was sent in perfect NOS condition, and arrived in this condition. The issue arose when you damaged this item when fitting, losing the inset badge at the same time. We suggest that fitment of any car parts (even gearknobs) sould be done by a suitably qualified person
