The device was not in new condition, it comes from factory with Android 13 installed, this phone had 15 installed on it making it incompatible with my application for it, for the value I should have expected as much. There is also hair and dust in the speaker ports. The device functions properly, but having visible scratches on the screen and the volume button sticking occasionally is not cool. Not New
