Item was sent brand new in a sealed box. Full refund offered and sent to buyer - buyer still left negative feedback. Unfortunately I now have an item without a charger and have had to refund all postage spent. The cost of a replacement charger is over £25. One of us is out of pocket. Sadly as all sellers find out - Some people will abuse the system to avoid paying for replacement parts for their own items.
