Came in red “Toyota Genuine Parts” box but the sticker misspells “Lamda sensor,” has no Toyota hologram, and the shell is laser-etched 89467-04060 (wrong number for an ’06 LX470). Contacts are dull tin, heater measures 6 Ω instead of 3-4 Ω and shows 0 mA pump current. On install they sit at 4.6 V and instantly set P2195 / P2197 / P0051, driving fuel trims to +45 %—real risk of catalytic-converter damage. Dealer-bought sensors fixed everything.
