One corner was deeply scratched, as if dragged on asphalt, but this wasn't clearly shown in photos. The scratch looked minor in the image, but it’s about 1/2 inch and much deeper in real life. I only noticed it after receiving the item. Their handling of the issue didn’t fully satisfy me.
