They put a "new" faceplate on it which is a laminated photocopy of the original, stuck on with double sided tape. They quickly refunded my money.

However, hooked it up and dryer was back to working again! Part looked pristine and quality of the part was excellent as it was an exact OEM to the original. Best value as a new part was running 2-4 times the price! Will absolutely do business again.
