Most importantly, this item came COVERED in (presumably) cat hair all over the packaging, and the item itself smells like cats. Shipping took almost a month, but that was USPS’ fault not the seller. Hopefully I can get the cat smell off with a good scrub as I am allergic to cats. Normally I would let this stuff go but I paid a premium price for this and expected better.
