However, I heard a the sound that something was loose and banging around in there before I opened box. After opening I saw there was a loose solid state drive, connected yet unsecured to the case. I tried starting the unit, power LED and fan turned on but the unit would not run. It was advertised as a working PC. However, I suspect the motherboard is broken.
