Buyer let me know that the locomotive wasn't working. I immediately offered to accept the return and refund their money, as it was not as described. Buyer never responded to my message and offer for a refund, so I assumed that everything was fine...maybe he got it working. I can't provide a solution if I don't know that you're unhappy. 20+ years on eBay and this is a FIRST.
