Seller is very honorable and hopefully will listen to their feedback and try and do better. I could've gone negative feedback but decided on Neutral. The listing was misleading and incorrect on many levels and the smell of reeking Cigarette smoke was undeniable. The shoes fit and that for me is what mattered since Keen no longer makes the Newport and I should be able to get a good year out of these. Caveat Emptor
