Everything was great regarding the seller, quick dispatch but unfortunately due to royal mail issue, I never received the item, however the seller was great at looking into the issue and sorted the problem quickly. A refund was issued and when the item eventually did arrive, the seller was happy for me to keep the purchase after I'd offered some money for them, which he declined even though he could have been out of pocket.
