The item has a severely burnt out screen and I had to go through the settings to turn up the contrast to max to see what I’m doing.
Every time I try to do the setup by taking out the batteries the screen is extremely dark and I can’t set a name nor birthdate, but at the end of the day all I care about is the aesthetic of the toy since it’s for my child. It still plays all the games and functions perfectly fine. Only problem is how everything looks due to the burnt out pixels.
