The item was advertised as Jade, but is a plastic or resin replica. I have had it looked at by antique dealers, and provided the seller with a signed copy of their conclusion that it was not jade. The seller insisted that I provide other evidence, including scratching it with a knife, and burning the item in question. The item easily scratched and burned, and caught fire in small places. The dealer remains unwilling to provide a refund. I can provide photographs and screenshots of the process.
