Head OEM set was new in the box, if it did not work, why didn't you tell me before feedback. I can not be held responsible for the quality of Harley Davidsons OEM parts and must assume that the parts that are new in the box directly from Harley do indeed work. Simple communication is all it takes. New Bayer's should not be allowed to leave feedback for this reason. Your first purchase and bad feedback left because you do not know how to properly use ebay?
