The item was sold as OEM but didn’t mention that it was used heavily. It appears to function properly but was received in absolute filthy condition. Had to spend a great deal of time cleaning the outside and inside passages prior to installing. I’ve purchased used parts before but never received one in this fashion.

hello, all our items are used OEM parts unless stated otherwise, in this case you purchased a 20+ year old part that goes on the outside of the transmission of course its going to have some wear and tear and maybe even crud. We do our best to clean parts before sending them out. As you can see the part functions as it should and got your car fixed. if anyone reading this ever has a problem with a part that they purchased PLEASE send us a message before leaving bad feedback we offer FREE returns
