Item as described but Country of manufacture was China where sizing is completely different from American standards, so boots are somewhat smaller. I accept responsibility for not asking about where boots were made, and seller was gracious to offer boots at a discounted price. Hopefully in time with use they will stretch out, when used with a thinner sock. Thank you for the wiggle room in the sales price, sellers like you make it the only place to buy shoes for seniors on a fixed income. Thanks!
