tried to cancel item while in transit and told to open a return once received...buyer agreed and opened return before item was received stating it was ordered by mistake...2 days later filed a chargeback stating they never received the item...once the items delivery was verified by the post office the buyer than changes the chargeback reason to item not as described. Im not certain why these actions have been taken when simply returning the item was all that needed to take place.
