The item didn't match with the description. Missing some parts - heads(wasn't mentioned). One of the brush handles was used. I wouldn't buy from this seller again!

The missing heads were an honest mistake. I thought they were in the cases. I offered you a partial refund to keep them to be able to purchase new heads, but you declined. The handle(s) were not used. The set is new (open box) as listed. I wouldn't withhold information intentionally. I'm sorry the sale didn't work out and will be sure to thoroughly inspect my items going forward so this doesn't happen again.
