I purchased two cases for a very good price. However, one of the cases arrived with minor damage on it and I immediately reached out to the Seller to advise and showed pics. Initially, the Seller stated the cases were shipped brand new and undamaged. To avoid the hassle of shipping the items back, I was willing to accept a partial refund and the Seller refused. Not until I opened a case with eBay,did the Seller make things right. Seller appears to be decent. Needs to improve customer service.
